Venison Tenderloin Bites

Here’s me preparing the tenderloin from my doe kill last fall!

Oh man.. these venison tenderloin bites are so delicious. These are always our special treat that we make after butchering our deer!

Clean and trim fat from tenderloin.
Marinade 3-6 hours in 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce or until the meat is covered. Also throw in some jalapeños into the marinade.

Slice up the tenderloin into small strips.

Roll them in flour to give them a light coating.

Heat up 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet. We use a cast iron skillet.

Fry em up on the skillet til browned on both sides. Don’t over fry them! It only takes a few minutes on each side !
Season with salt and pepper. I like to use carving house tacticalories seasoning.

Seriously so good and perfect as an appetizer!

Field to table doesn’t get much better than this!!!

Happy hunting & good eating,

Sarah Beth
